Our History

Rod Johnston has been operating in the Business Brokerage space for over 20 years. Our “sister” company, Omni Practice Group was founded by Rod in 2004, and is focused on practice transitions in the healthcare industry (e.g. Dental, Medical, Optometry, Chiropractic, and Veterinarian).

High Mark Exit Advisors was built to bring the experience, best practices, and expertise we’ve developed over the years to business owners beyond healthcare.
